I am an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist and massage educator with over 16 years in the field.
As an educator, I have led numerous classes and training programs, blending practical hands-on training with a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology. I am dedicated to promoting wellness and empowering others to do the same through the healing power of touch.

My approach to teaching massage therapy is centered around a blend of hands-on practice and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology. I believe that mastering the technical skills is essential, but equally important is understanding the body's mechanics and the holistic nature of healing.
In the classroom, I encourage active learning through practical demonstrations and supervised practice sessions, allowing students to gain confidence and proficiency. I emphasize personalized instruction, ensuring each student develops their unique touch and style.
Beyond teaching massage techniques, I also integrate discussions on professional ethics, client communication, and the importance of self-care for therapists.
